If anyone could ever have the chance to meet Tommy's family, you could fully understand why he was such an accomplished person in every aspect of his life. I have had this pleasure and consider them all dear friends. Tommy never had the chance to get to know us here in Nashville but many of us know him.

I first saw Tommy in the people magazine's most 100 eligibls bachalors. Then on Sept 11,2001 my heart went out to all the people who had passed. A couple of weeks later I had read that Tommy was one of the firemen that had perished as well. A young man with his whole life ahead of him was taken because of acts of terrisiom..My heart goes out to the Foley family and hoping that these past 10 years you have gotten a little closure in knowing that the man who is responsible for your son brother uncle nephew is now dead and cannot hurt anyone again...all my heart...

Looking forward to seeing the documentary about Tommy. 9/11 was the start of 10 plus years of fighting terrorists in Iraq and Afghanistan. I arrived at Ground Zero within 8 hours of the attack and remained for 1 month as part of a Marine Security Detail and then volunteered for active service that took me to Iraq and Afghanistan where we fought to pay them back, we did pay them back but lost great guys along the way. I hope we stay the course for all those we have lost beginning with that day on 9/11, victory is the only option, God Bless.

Dear Tommy,
Recently, we went to NY and visited Ground Zero. It was very quiet with many people just visiting, also. Then we went to Engine 10. We saw your picture and your name on the beautiful wall. It was overwhelming. We wish we could have known you and we are so thankful to know your wonderful family. We think about Sept. 11 often and about the families like yours, so proud of you. We look forward to attending this event. Thank you for including us. Love to the family.

Joanne we are all so proud of you for putting this together...It took courage, dedication, and strength to see this through. Through your efforts we will remember what a fun loving, caring, and special person your brother was. His spirit is missed every single day. Thanks for all you do to keep that spirit alive. Tommy was the finest person I've ever met. His character and courage was displayed in everything he did. He was an example on how life should be lived...
It was an honor to be able to call Tommy my friend. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think about him.

Tommy was one of the finest people i have ever known. When i introduced Tommy to my mom, i said "Mom, this is my friend Tommy, he is the nicest guy in the world", and its still true. Im lucky to have him as a friend, and am twice as fortunate to have his family in my life.

I am deeply honored that the Foley family asked me to develop Tommy's website. I had never met Tommy, but after working on this project I feel as if I had known him well. Whether you knew Tommy or are just passing through, please leave your mark by signing his guestbook. I hope you all enjoy your visit and feel free to use the contact form if you have any questions or comments for the Foley family. If you would like to contact me directly you can do so at my company website or by e-mail.
Thank you!
