to provide grants to nonprofit organizations. Donations within
allowable limits under law to The FF Thomas J. Foley
Foundation of the Community Foundation of Orange and Sullivan
are fully tax deductible charitable contributions.

Firefighter Thomas J.
Foley Memorial Scholarship Fund
This fund
shall be used to provide scholarships to dependent children of
either an active or retired FDNY firefighters or officers. The
scholarships will be awarded to individuals who are dependent
children of FDNY firefighters or officers. It may be used for
tuition, books and fees at any institution of higher learning
in the nation.

The Firefighter Thomas J. Foley
Foundation and the Firefighter Thomas J. Foley Memorial Scholarship Fund
was established in 2001, as a tribute to an American hero who made the
ultimate sacrifice while saving tens of thousands of lives during the
tragic events of September 11, 2001. The Foley Family sincerely
appreciates any donation amount you are able to provide. Donations over $100 to either
foundation will receive a free DVD Documentary: "Thomas J Foley:
Legacy of a Young Hero".
